- Over 5 years of experience in similar sales position
- Persuasive power, good judgment, and strong negotiation skills
- Independent and international teamwork with high dedication and self-initiative
- Strong analytical and communication skills, good networking capability
- Very good English and German skills, written and verbal
- Professional experience in sales and project management in automotive (supplier) industry
Tasks
- Build and maintain relationships with major OEM customers
- Provide commercial and technical consulting to customers
- Acquire new projects
- Support running projects in series production
- Collaborate with development, quality, and logistics teams
- Engage in regular customer contact
- Capture customer requests, requirements, and expectations
- Introduce DENSO products to customers
- Ensure smooth handling of sales projects
- Drive business development and maintenance
- Support sales strategy development and implementation
- Coordinate sales strategy development and implementation
- Prepare short- and long-term sales plans
- Prepare sales statistics
- Prepare customer offers
- Review contracts according to the Business Management system
- Monitor customer and vendor prices
- Control customer and vendor prices
- Negotiate customer and vendor prices
- Coordinate sample orders during development
- Distribute sample orders during development
- Coordinate sample orders during mass production
- Distribute sample orders during mass production
- Align closely with customers
- Align closely with DENSO development teams
- Align closely with DENSO production teams
- Undertake business trips within the EU and globally
