Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Sales, Business, or Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS/tech
- Strong understanding of B2B customer journey and lifecycle
- Experience with revenue/Customer Success systems (CPQ/billing, Planhat/Gainsight, Clay/n8n) (strong plus)
- Confidence with Salesforce.com and sales analytics
- Comfort with large datasets, model building, data insights
- Structured, detail-oriented thinking
- Strong inclination for process improvement and scalability
- Comfort with data tools (Excel/Sheets, BI)
- Basic SQL knowledge (plus)
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear and proactive communication
- Self-driven and hands-on approach
- Responsibility for tasks and issue resolution
