Senior Red Air Analyst(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field and minimum three years of specialized experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum six years of specialized experience
• Ten years of specialized experience
• Deep understanding of air-to-ground and air-to-air munition employment
• Experience in producing operational and tactical intelligence
• Ability to establish and maintain a lessons learned and TTP program
• Strong analytical and assessment skills
• Excellent coordination and advisory skills
• Proficiency in designing tracking systems and developing a common operating picture
• Minimum Security Clearance – TS/SCI, eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Tasks

• Conduct adversary analysis on air-to-ground munition employment
• Produce operational and tactical intelligence for senior leaders
• Analyze adversary air employment impacts on civilian and defense infrastructure
• Establish a lessons learned program for adversary air employment
• Conduct assessments on indications and warnings for adversary air employment
• Advise on air-to-ground and air-to-air munition employment
• Coordinate air picture understanding with higher headquarters
• Design tracking systems for a common operating picture
