Senior Intelligence Planner (Team Lead)(m/w/x)
Intelligence planning and product coordination for U.S., Coalition, and Ukrainian forces at defense contractor supporting national safety. Fifteen years specialized experience in intelligence planning required. Living Quarters and Cost-of-Living Allowances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of ten years of specialized experience
- Fifteen years of specialized experience
- Experience managing teams providing contract services and deliverables
- Deep understanding of intelligence planning and assessments
- Experience in developing and coordinating intelligence plans and products
- Strong analytical and assessment skills
- Excellent coordination and advisory skills
- Proficiency in designing intelligence scenarios and assessments
- Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian language desired
Tasks
- Develop and coordinate intelligence plans and products
- Align efforts across U.S., Coalition, and Ukrainian forces
- Prepare detailed intelligence products for contingencies
- Conduct operational assessments to evaluate intelligence support
- Develop metrics to measure impact and improve outcomes
- Synchronize intelligence efforts across multiple echelons
- Address intelligence gaps and contribute to collection plans
- Provide intelligence analysis and tailored products
- Deliver summaries and briefings for decision-making
- Participate in planning conferences and working groups
- Contribute to the design of intelligence scenarios and assessments
- Provide intelligence plans, operational assessments, and training scenarios
- Manage a team of up to ten contract team members
- Support the SAG-U mission with required products or assessments
