Operations Integrator (Mission Manager)(m/w/x)
Establishing operational intelligence processes for US Army Europe/Africa G2. Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required. Flexible time off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution or military school
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a DoD program
- Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2 certification, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Minimum of five years’ experience with intelligence services support, intelligence technologies, intelligence life cycle, or military operations
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a site lead and/or managing intelligence analysis, operations and planning, security support, and information systems operation
- Minimum of five years’ experience managing performance-based line of efforts and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations
Tasks
- Support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and mission partners
- Establish operational intelligence processes within the AOR
- Summarize partner exchanges and facilitate RFIs
- Develop protocols for timely Battlespace Awareness updates
- Create procedures for collecting and reporting intelligence requirements
- Assess offensive and defensive weapon system capabilities
- Prepare Battlespace Update Briefs for senior leaders
- Establish RFI processes for internal and external offices
- Create protocols for common intelligence tools
- Integrate various intelligence forms into a coherent operational picture
- Develop procedures for FDO and security requirements in partner exchanges
