Requirements

  • Minimum TS/SCI clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Travel outside continental US
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years specialized experience or comparable
  • Fifteen years of specialized experience
  • TS/SCI and SAP clearance eligibility
  • Experience managing contract services teams
  • Understanding of intelligence planning and assessments
  • Experience developing intelligence plans and products
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills
  • Excellent coordination and advisory skills
  • Proficiency designing intelligence scenarios
  • Desired fluency in Ukrainian or Russian

Tasks

  • Lead a team of ten contract members
  • Develop and coordinate intelligence plans
  • Prepare detailed products for real-world contingencies
  • Conduct operational assessments to evaluate effectiveness
  • Develop metrics to measure intelligence impact
  • Synchronize efforts across multiple military echelons
  • Address intelligence gaps and collection plans
  • Deliver tailored summaries and briefings
  • Support strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Contribute to intelligence scenarios and exercises
  • Produce senior leader briefings and assessments

Work Experience

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • Ukrainian – Business Fluent
  • Russian – Business Fluent
