- •Ph.D. in Physics, Quantum Information sciences, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in experimental metrology and quantum information science or related fields
- •Experience in building and operating advanced optical laboratory instrumentation
- •Proven track record of scientific publications and/or patents in quantum information processing
- •Excellent problem-solving skills
- •Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- •Background PhD and/or post-doc experience in diamond/NV-based experimental research
- •Proficient in programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar languages)
- •Experience successfully delivering on projects as part of cross-team collaboration
- •Design, micro/nano-fabrication, and characterization of diamond-based integrated devices
- •Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- •Trusted teamwork and coaching skills
