- •3+ years experience in experimental metrology or quantum information science
- •Experience building optical instrumentation and characterizing multi-qubit systems
- •Scientific publications or patents in quantum information processing
- •Excellent problem-solving, independent, and collaborative skills
- •Eagerness to learn and contribute to collaboration
- •Proficient English communication and good interpersonal skills
- •Experience in diamond/NV-based experimental research
- •Ideally, proficiency in photoelectric readout of NVs in diamond
- •Proficient programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or similar
- •Experience delivering projects in multidisciplinary teams
- •Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
- •Trusted teamwork and coaching skills
- •Basic German skills as a plus
