Requirements

  • •5+ years in industrialization, production, manufacturing, or AIT/MAIT engineering
  • •Ability to design and deploy production systems
  • •Experience with facility and workstation planning
  • •Experience defining tooling and test infrastructure
  • •Ability to create industrialized processes and documentation
  • •Experience with traceability and configuration tooling
  • •Familiarity with ECSS or Product Assurance concepts
  • •Strong English communication and documentation skills

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

5 - 7 years

Tasks

  • •Develop the AIT industrialization plan
  • •Design scalable satellite production systems
  • •Plan facility layouts and material flow
  • •Implement tooling and test infrastructure
  • •Industrialize standardized AIT processes
  • •Establish production readiness and quality gates
  • •Maintain detailed production documentation
  • •Validate production systems during pilot builds
  • •Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
