Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or Software Engineering roles
  • Strong experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, etc.)
  • Proven experience in Linux systems knowledge and command-line proficiency (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
  • Knowledge of modern build systems and source control workflows (CMake, Bazel, Gradle, Git)
  • Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation
  • Strong passion for improving developer productivity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Establish best practices for onboarding and productivity
  • Drive improvements in internal processes
  • Champion developer-centric solutions and tools
  • Evaluate and propose enhancements for software delivery
