Tasks

  • Assist enterprise customers in transforming digital content and experiences
  • Understand and translate product capabilities into commercial impact
  • Work closely with Account Executives on strategic accounts
  • Develop and present solutions in the customer’s business language
  • Own and close single-product opportunities end-to-end
  • Drive deal creation, qualification, and progression to signature
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and other departments
  • Lead single-product strategy within account plans
  • Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives on large, strategic, multi-solution opportunities
  • Contribute deep product expertise and value cases
  • Model return on investment and ensure licensing clarity
  • Position solutions competitively and handle complex quote development
  • Influence pipeline progression and stakeholder alignment
  • Act as the product and value expert for LLM Optimizer, GenStudio, AEM, Workfront, and related AI-Agents
  • Fuel business case to use-case articulation internally and externally
  • Position and build critical business value in customer language
  • Develop solution-specific arguments and ROI models
  • Explain licensing models and commercial structures
  • Demonstrate negotiation excellence and closing techniques
  • Champion Adobe’s AI-powered content supply chains and personalized experiences
  • Provide solution strategy input during account planning
  • Lead or support customer engagements, including discovery sessions and value workshops
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and reliable forecasts
  • Work closely within a matrix organization
