Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product master data management
  • •Proven track record in designing and managing scalable product data frameworks
  • •Solid understanding of product development and lifecycle processes
  • •Hands-on experience with PLM, PIM systems, and ERP environments
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style
  • •Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus

Tasks

  • •Lead and maintain the product master data framework across systems
  • •Define and uphold data standards and governance principles
  • •Shape and optimize product data processes for scalability and compliance
  • •Manage product master data for production, marketing, and sales readiness
  • •Promote adherence to data standards through training and communication
  • •Collaborate with IT to enhance data flows and interfaces between systems
  • •Drive automation initiatives to improve data quality and efficiency
  • •Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
  • •Contribute to the design and improvement of Product Lifecycle Management functionalities
  • •Establish and maintain product master data dashboards and quality reporting
  • •Monitor and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis
  • •Support audits and ensure adherence to data standards with compliance teams
