In this role, you will take charge of a key digital product area, conducting research to understand customer needs and managing the product roadmap. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop innovative solutions while leveraging AI to boost efficiency and impact.

Requirements

• •At least 5–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital product management
• •Strong customer orientation and problem-definition skills
• •Excellent product judgment
• •Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• •Defining the roadmap for features and products
• •Confidence working with engineers and customers on modern technologies
• •Results-oriented with impact communication
• •Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Manage a significant digital product area
• •Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery research to understand market and customer needs
• •Articulate customer problems clearly for the team
• •Manage the product roadmap and define development priorities
• •Communicate roadmap details to ensure team alignment
• •Collaborate with Design and Engineering to develop and launch solutions
• •Utilize AI to enhance efficiency and accelerate product development
• •Evaluate product impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics
• •Adjust the roadmap based on evaluation results
• •Work with colleagues to ensure clear go-to-market strategy and execution
• •Step in hands-on to ensure successful product delivery when needed
