- Optimize the digital sales and lead funnel
- Maximize conversion rates and revenue growth
- Define and execute the B2B eCommerce product roadmap
- Prioritize features for automation and customer experience
- Develop data-driven strategies to increase online bookings
- Analyze performance metrics and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with cross-functional tech and business teams
- Drive implementation from initial concept through launch
- Report on B2B digital revenue performance to senior management
