Requirements
- Several years of product management experience, ideally with checkout flows, payment systems, or mobile-first customer experiences
- Strong eye for UI and user experience, ability to critically evaluate designs, provide constructive feedback, and partner with designers to optimize conversion funnels
- Experience with mobile app products, self-service flows, or operational technology bridging digital and physical experiences
- Clear communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ability to align competing interests across operations, finance, risk, and customer experience teams
- Data-driven and experimentation-oriented mindset, ability to define metrics, use A/B testing, and let data guide prioritization
Tasks
- Lead expansion of Mobile Check-In to new customer segments
- Transition company to Digital Rent-first experience
- Collaborate with design and engineering for frictionless interfaces
- Guide customers through digital rent onboarding, vehicle selection, payment, and damage documentation
- Configure country-specific requirements for local markets
- Handle DVLA checks in the UK and US local customer fees
- Align with stakeholders to remove blockers and expand digital checkout
- Establish and monitor KPIs for digital checkout quota
- Track funnel conversion rates and damage funnel usage
- Monitor SES scores for digital checkouts
