Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- •8–10+ years of experience in vehicle dynamics control algorithm development
- •Expertise in chassis and wheel dynamics control, including Traction Control, ESC, and ABS
- •Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics, tire behavior, and chassis–powertrain interaction
- •Knowledge of active chassis actuators (advantageous)
- •Extensive experience with model-based development and relevant toolchains
- •Successful experience in product development and release
- •Ability to define product direction, innovate, and deliver new control technologies
- •Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and technical guidance (advantageous)
- •Fluency in English and German language skills (advantageous)

- •Design and validate Traction Control, ESC, and ABS algorithms
- •Integrate chassis and powertrain control logic
- •Promote and defend innovative motion control solutions
- •Define architecture and requirements for optimal performance
- •Model and simulate systems using model-based development
- •Optimize stability algorithms for electrified powertrains
- •Refine control logic through vehicle testing
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for production integration
- •Mentor engineers and present technical strategy
