- Experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Software Engineering
- Operating production systems on AWS
- AWS networking, IAM, and managed services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS or similar)
- Solid understanding of Linux
- Solid understanding of networking
- Solid understanding of cloud-native systems
- Experience with observability tooling
- Experience with operational best practices
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript
- Pragmatic mindset focused on enablement
- Pragmatic mindset focused on automation

Tasks
- Evolve platform reliability and operational foundations
- Improve observability, alerting, and incident response
- Build tooling and guardrails for independent service deployment
