Requirements

  • •Three years experience in Workday or HRIS
  • •Knowledge of Workday HCM and Analytics
  • •Experience troubleshooting complex Workday issues
  • •Problem-solving mindset for functional solutions
  • •Understanding of HR structures and compliance
  • •Experience in performance management and mentoring
  • •Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to work independently and prioritize
  • •Experience with Workday auditing and security
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Experience in SCRUM or Agile methodologies

  • •Resolve highly complex People Technology queries
  • •Escalate and address critical system issues

  • •Maintain and optimize Workday and People systems
  • •Ensure seamless business process execution
  • •Oversee system maintenance, audits, and compliance
  • •Enforce data governance and security policies
  • •Manage cyclical activities like performance reviews
  • •Support the Operations Lead with team performance
  • •Identify team growth and development opportunities
  • •Provide expert system consultation and training
  • •Optimize the Tier 1 service model
  • •Automate processes to increase efficiency
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements
