- •Solid hands-on experience with HR systems like Personio or comparable tools
- •Experience developing KPI frameworks, reporting structures and People & Culture logic
- •Structured, analytical working style and strong affinity for systems and processes
- •Excellent English skills and fluent German (minimum C1 level)

- •Refine job architecture and structural HR topics
- •Support cross-functional projects with data-based insights
