- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer
- Deep experience with enterprise technology
- Experience with sales processes and market dynamics

- Confident presentation and communication skills

- Strong consultative skills with the ability to guide discovery conversations
- Solid technical aptitude with hands-on demo experience
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

- Experience working with technology or services partners
- Familiarity with AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, VOIP/Telephony, or contact center technologies
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Background in customer experience, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with sales tools such as SFDC
Tasks
- Serve as a Partner Sales Engineer
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners
- Guide partners through platform capabilities in sandbox environments
- Teach partners to discover customer needs and identify AI Agent use cases
- Demonstrate Parloa's value-driven solutions
- Architect AI Agent deployments aligned with customer goals
- Scope opportunities with technical accuracy and commercial clarity
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners
- Design solutions that improve customer experience and reduce costs
- Support proofs of concept and technical validations
- Articulate Parloa's business value to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams
- Provide feedback to improve product and enablement
- Advocate for partner and customer needs in product discussions
- Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation
- Attend external events and team meetings
