Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development (ideally GRC, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS)
  • Proven success in building partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and managed service models
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Resourcefulness, proactivity, and drive to build
  • Experience collaborating with direct sales teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Based in Munich or commuting distance
  • Willingness to travel across DACH region (25-35%)

Tasks

  • Develop and execute DACH partner strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners (VARs, MSPs, GSIs)
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on partner campaigns
  • Deliver partner enablement programs
  • Track partner performance using CRM and analytics
  • Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting
  • Represent Diligent at industry events, conferences, partner forums
