You will lead the company's partner ecosystem by managing a dedicated team and building strategic relationships to drive global growth through effective channel programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in channel partnerships, business development, account management or indirect sales
  • 3-5+ years experience managing or mentoring teams in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models, reseller/distributor relationships, and partner economics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with PRM tools (Allbound)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional partner teams
  • Existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in EMEA markets

Tasks

  • Execute the regional channel partnership strategy
  • Recruit high-potential partners to expand market reach
  • Optimize partner programs and incentive structures
  • Lead and mentor Channel Partner Managers
  • Set performance objectives and provide career coaching
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Maintain executive relationships with strategic partners
  • Resolve high-impact partner issues and opportunities
  • Drive joint business planning and revenue goals
  • Analyze channel performance metrics and KPIs
  • Report partner contributions to senior leadership
  • Implement improvements based on performance trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner success
  • Oversee training materials and onboarding resources
  • Coordinate partner events and trade show participation
