- 6-10+ years B2B marketing experience, focus on partner/channel marketing
- Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue through partners
- Experience with GSIs, RSIs, BPOs, or similar partner ecosystems
- Strong experience executing campaigns and events end-to-end with clear business outcomes
- Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact initiatives
- Comfortable operating with high ownership and accountability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Based in or willing to work from Berlin or London office
Tasks
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through partner ecosystem
- Own partner co-marketing to create demand for Parloa
- Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned to revenue targets
- Build and scale programmatic co-marketing motions
- Plan and execute end-to-end partner marketing campaigns
- Lead key partner initiatives like Soundcheck EMEA and regional events
- Work with Partner Managers to identify high-impact opportunities
- Act as primary marketing point of contact for priority partners
- Support partner recruitment through targeted marketing strategies
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI
