Requirements

  • Up to 30–50% travel
  • 7–10+ years in alliances/partner sales with GSIs and/or alliance partners
  • Proven co-sell and ecosystem GTM experience in SaaS
  • Strong sales discipline and executive presence
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Enterprise SaaS sales and pipeline creation
  • Value selling and competitive positioning
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Programmatic enablement and campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of cloud architectures

Tasks

  • Own and grow the Genesys business with Global System Integrators (GSIs)
  • Build and execute joint business plans for each partner
  • Map and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Run enablement paths for partner sales and delivery teams
  • Orchestrate joint solution narratives with Genesys Cloud and partners
  • Launch vertical campaigns and account-based marketing motions
  • Drive co-sell motions with partner sellers and Genesys AEs
  • Progress joint deals using recognized sales methodologies
  • Clear blockers and coordinate necessary resources
  • Ensure services readiness with GSIs and success plans
  • Run quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews
  • Track and report key performance indicators
  • Manage co-marketing budgets and ensure compliance standards
