- •Operate and monitor wafer and final test systems
- •Perform maintenance and setup tasks
- •Organize and coordinate daily shift operations
- •Manage dispatching, handovers, and line briefings
- •Plan personnel and resource allocation per shift
- •Ensure equipment availability and resource readiness
- •Train and mentor operators with the manufacturing manager
- •Make process control decisions based on specifications
- •Coordinate with process, development, quality, and service teams
- •Review manufacturing and occupational safety documentation
- •Represent the manufacturing manager outside standard shifts
- •Meet quality, deadline, and productivity targets
- •Manage incidents and enforce cleanroom and safety regulations
- •Handle backup tasks as needed
- •Maintain effective time and priority management
