- German as an advantage
- IPMA Level C/B or similar certification
- Advanced MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Tasks
- Lead complex analog and mixed-signal IC projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Orchestrate deliverables across design, test, and operations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and IATF 16949
- Drive comprehensive project and resource planning
- Manage project risks, deviations, and mitigation plans
- Handle change requests and assess impact on goals
- Act as the primary stakeholder point of contact
- Translate product roadmaps into executable project plans
- Resolve conflicts and align diverse cross-functional teams
- Steer decisions using data and engineering evidence
- Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations
- Develop and improve project management methodologies
- Mentor team members to strengthen leadership skills
