Requirements

  • •Master/PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or relevant field
  • •Minimum 5 years solid process integration experience
  • •Knowledge of SPC and basic statistics
  • •Basic data plotting and statistical analysis skills using software such as JMP
  • •Detailed knowledge of FEOL or BEOL process integration
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and tools
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • •Track record of delivering on deadlines
  • •Highly driven and proactive
  • •Basic understanding of German or willingness to learn
  • •Experience with Fab transfer and fab process matching
  • •Strong verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to travel occasionally to Asia and/or USA

Tasks

  • •Develop next-generation high-performance power technologies
  • •Drive advancement of BCDlite® and BCD at Fab 1, Dresden
  • •Take ownership of FEOL or BEOL process module development and qualification
  • •Collaborate with device and process module engineers to meet performance targets
  • •Ensure reliability and manufacturability of technologies
  • •Work with sister fabs in the USA and Asia to align technology performance
  • •Interface with internal and external foundry customers
  • •Meet development timelines and transfer processes to production after qualification
