- Qualify FEOL or BEOL process modules
- Collaborate with device and process module engineers to meet performance targets
- Ensure reliability and manufacturability of technologies
- Coordinate with sister fabs in the USA and Asia to align technology performance
- Interface with internal and external foundry customers
- Meet development timelines and transfer processes to production after qualification
