Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field
  • •Minimum 2-3 years solid process integration experience
  • •Knowledge of FEOL or BEOL process integration
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and tools
  • •Knowledge of SPC and basic statistics
  • •Basic data plotting and statistical analysis skills using software such as JMP
  • •Strong interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to work effectively with teams in Europe, Asia, and USA
  • •Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
  • •Fluency in English Language – written & verbal (C1)
  • •Basic understanding of German language or willingness to learn
  • •Experience with Fab transfer and fab process matching

Bachelor's degree

2 - 3 years

Tasks

  • •Develop next-generation high-performance power technologies
  • •Qualify FEOL or BEOL process modules
  • •Collaborate with device and process module engineers to meet performance targets
  • •Ensure reliability and manufacturability of technologies
  • •Coordinate with sister fabs in the USA and Asia to align technology performance
  • •Interface with internal and external foundry customers
  • •Meet development timelines and transfer processes to production after qualification
