Requirements
- At least 6 years user and market research experience in digital product/service companies
- Experience researching B2B customers is a plus
- Native-level German proficiency
- Fluent English
- Strong data literacy
- Proficiency with querying/analysis tools (SQL, R, Python, advanced Excel)
- Deep qualitative frameworks
- High emotional intelligence to evaluate user trust and adoption
- Business acumen to prove research ROI
- Proven experience utilizing product KPIs and health metrics
- Identify UX friction and drive funnel optimization strategies
- Prior experience working with digital marketplaces
- English language proficiency
Tasks
- Drive end-to-end research for digital products

- Influence product roadmaps with research findings
- Design and execute qualitative research methods
- Design and execute quantitative research methods
- Manage the entire research lifecycle independently
- Scope and recruit research participants
- Synthesize research data and generate actionable reports
- Leverage AI tools for research operations
- Translate complex data into compelling stories
- Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Conduct localized user research in German
- Collaborate with global teams in English
