Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing or Product Analytics, ideally with Acquisition Strategies and Effectiveness Measurement focus
  • Proven success partnering with Technical and Business stakeholders
  • Solid experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and Experiments Design, Implementation, Analysis
  • Experience in high growth startups with Marketing Acquisition, Brand Marketing measurement, Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (plus)
  • Experience in Fintech environment (plus)
  • Strong expertise in statistical methods for experimental and observational data analysis in Marketing/Acquisition strategy
  • Highly experienced with SQL and Python/R for data cleaning, modeling, analysis, clean code, documentation
  • Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills for presentations, reports, dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex analysis to non-technical audiences
  • Highly knowledgeable on Marketing topics: audience segmentation, targeting, data enrichment, improving performance

  • Enrich analytics foundations with measurement frameworks
  • Develop scalable data modeling lineage
  • Design and maintain analytics dashboards
