- Several years of professional experience in leading management consultancies

Tasks
- Collaborate with Executive Board, CEO, CFO, IT management, and business units
- Drive strategic setup of IT operating models for organizational clarity and cost efficiency
- Steer strategic initiatives and manage technical aspects of projects
- Implement change management and governance for digital/IT transformation
- Orchestrate senior stakeholder workshops and follow up on outcomes
- Break down high-level ideas into specific actions and cost levers
- Support and control progress of key initiatives within digital/IT function
- Challenge strategic direction to achieve business transformation objectives
- Work in a complex, global environment across multiple business units and functions
- Cooperate with core team and business units to evaluate new technology fields
- Improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop trend-setting decision papers
- Influence strategic development of ZEISS' core digital capabilities
