Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, or related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- At least 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Background in trade monitoring and supply-chain optimization
- Knowledge of European trade regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical capabilities and data analytics experience
- Ability to define KPIs and interpret data
- Experience in cross-functional and collaborative environments
- Excellent stakeholder-management and influence skills
- Structured, process-oriented mindset and SOP design
- Strong communication, ownership, and strategic thinking
Tasks
- Monitor and optimize EMEA trade flows
- Identify parallel trade and diversion risks
- Design and improve trade-monitoring systems
- Develop metrics, alerts, and investigation protocols
- Oversee the Supply Management Optimization process
- Maintain monthly sales allocations by country
- Resolve blocked sales and allocation exceptions
- Perform data validation and root-cause analysis
- Manage parallel import notifications and governance
- Ensure compliance with EU trade legislation
- Interface between supply chain and regional stakeholders
- Partner with commercial teams on channel dynamics
- Support product launches and pricing decisions
- Consolidate KPIs into executive dashboards and reports
- Deliver trade insights to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement using digital tools
- Leverage advanced analytics to reduce costs
- Enhance supply network transparency and risk mitigation
