Senior Manager Technical E-Discovery(m/w/x)
Global technical lead for RelativityOne eDiscovery platform, shaping architecture and ensuring EDRM compliance. Extensive hands-on eDiscovery platform experience required. Support for legal teams, IT standards, and security obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and master's degree in computer science, IT, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in technical eDiscovery, digital forensics, or legal technology roles
- Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity and comparable eDiscovery platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, IT, Security, and external law firms globally
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery best practices and document review workflows
- Understanding of legally defensible processes in multi-jurisdictional environments
- Experience with automation, AI-assisted review, and advanced analytics tools
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
- Deep familiarity with company policies and industry standards
- Deep familiarity with regulatory expectations Data Protection
- Fluency in English
- German proficiency required

Tasks
- Shape technical strategy and architecture for global eDiscovery technology stack
- Ensure scalability, automation, and EDRM-compliant workflows
- Serve as global technical lead and subject-matter expert for RelativityOne
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and regulatory obligations
- Support legal and case teams in RelativityOne
- Configure workspaces, manage data processing, and handle user permissions
- Conduct analytics, productions, and quality control for complex cases
- Design and implement eDiscovery processes and workflows
- Ensure legal defensibility and operational efficiency
- Evaluate and implement new technical solutions
- Explore automation and AI technologies to optimize workflows
- Assess new RelativityOne features for organizational value
- Contribute to global data governance and privacy-compliant discovery processes
- Support litigation, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations
- Manage vendors and service providers in coordination with eDiscovery leadership
