Senior Manager Supplier Quality Management - EMEA(m/w/x)
Supplier quality management for medical devices across EMEA, including audits and supplier development. Bachelor's degree and medical device regulatory understanding required. 30 days annual leave, overtime compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in medical, engineering, or scientific discipline
- Experience in global medical device manufacturer, automotive, aerospace, or pharma industry
- Understanding of medical device regulations (domestic and international)
- Strong concentration in Supplier Quality Management
- First technical leadership experience necessary
- Experience leading global change initiatives and integrations
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to work in a global organization
- Willingness for national and international travel
Tasks
- Lead and mentor the Regional Supplier Quality Management Team
- Partner with category management to qualify new suppliers
- Conduct supplier audits and quality assurance assessments
- Perform supplier re-evaluations and drive supplier development
- Manage stakeholders across multiple sites and functions
- Ensure compliance with external and company standards
- Set standards and guidelines for the functional area
- Optimize processes in collaboration with Global Process Owner
- Adjust organizational setup and resource allocation
- Recruit, lead, and develop team members
- Manage team performance and development
- Support facility audits by external agencies
- Demonstrate compliance to regulatory requirements
