- •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- •5+ years experience in IT supplier management, procurement, or contract management
- •Knowledge of supplier governance, performance management, and contract lifecycle
- •Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Very good English skills
- •Experience with IT procurement or supplier management tools
- •Knowledge of ITIL, sourcing strategies, or cost optimization frameworks
- •German language skills

- •Ensure effective governance of the IT supplier portfolio
- •Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance
- •Drive cost optimization and risk mitigation
- •Foster supplier-led innovation initiatives
- •Support end-to-end supplier lifecycle management
- •Enforce supplier governance policies and standards
- •Manage key relationships and performance escalations
- •Oversee contracts, renewals, and commercial terms
- •Maintain reporting dashboards and performance KPIs
- •Implement cost savings and process improvements
- •Support sourcing and RfX activities
- •Coordinate supplier onboarding and offboarding
- •Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management
- •Guide stakeholders on supplier management practices
