Requirements

  • Over 8 years of pre-sales customer-facing technical/management experience
  • Proven support for large enterprises (>20,000 employees)
  • Identifying improvement areas and scaling presales operations
  • Passion for crafting cutting-edge technical solutions
  • Delivering proof-of-concepts
  • Experience with ITSMs, ERPs, HCMs, and CRMs
  • Leading large-scale cross-functional projects
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration technologies
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills
  • Communicating deep technical insights to diverse audiences
  • Understanding customer use cases and resolving issues
  • Comfortable in discussions with technical professionals and senior leadership
  • Coaching ability with willingness to pitch in
  • Experience with Conversational AI technologies (added benefit)

Tasks

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Specialist Solution Consultants
  • Support discovery calls, live demos, and solution alignment
  • Oversee deal forecasting, execution, and technical qualification
  • Collaborate with sales and solution consulting teams
  • Support strategic initiatives
  • Refine innovative solutions using technical expertise
  • Scale solutions through the team
  • Collaborate with economic buyers on deals
  • Coach team to engage technical points of contact
  • Achieve technical wins
  • Conduct interactive workshops with customers
  • Identify existing customer issues
  • Propose solutions for future enhancements
  • Evangelize Moveworks at marketing events
  • Develop materials for the presales team
  • Empower the presales team for efficiency
  • Foster reusability and knowledge sharing
  • Become a subject matter expert
  • Drive knowledge and expertise within presales
