- Ability to build and steer a world-class Sales organization
- Analytical skills
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
- Ability to manage large data sets
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI
- Proactive dealing with high ambiguity
- Self-motivation and independence
Tasks
- Own operational and financial performance of inhouse sales Account Executives
- Define and implement an AI-first Sales workflow with Sales leadership and Sales Enablement team
- Decide on markets and supplier segments to focus on
- Develop robust funnel management for lead generation and performance management
- Execute the Sales Scale case projected to generate 1bn€ in company topline over the next 3 years
