Tasks
- Own performance across lifecycle stages
- Drive improvements in customer behavior and value
- Translate strategy into clear programs and workflows
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys in CRM and app
- Develop behavior-triggered campaigns
- Identify and scale high-impact lifecycle levers
- Partner with CRM and product teams for execution
- Ensure alignment between CRM, app, and content
- Contribute to lifecycle tooling and automation
- Develop a clear lifecycle roadmap
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact
- Test and scale programs across markets
- Define and manage a testing roadmap
- Run experiments across channels
- Identify drivers of behavior change
- Scale successful programs globally
- Work with Product, Growth, CRM, Data & Insights, E-commerce, and Customer Happiness teams
- Partner with regional marketing teams
- Balance global consistency with local needs
- Track and analyze lifecycle KPIs
- Contribute to Retention MBRs
- Provide insights and performance updates
- Refine lifecycle strategy and execution
