- Track performance of lifecycle campaigns, including renewal rates and ROI
- Identify drop-off points in the customer journey and optimize content
- Run A/B tests and iterate messaging for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with account engagement
- Work with product managers on upgrade paths and feature releases
- Create shared KPIs and reporting dashboards for installed base marketing
