Senior Account Manager, Installed Base - DACH(m/w/x)
Go-To-Market strategy development for cloud-based enterprise software in targeted industries at an enterprise software provider. In-industry enterprise software sales experience required. Car allowance, additional compensation for business trips.
Requirements
- In-industry enterprise software sales experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and resilience
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting
- Willingness to appreciate the sales process
- Track record of meeting and over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
- Comfort working in a matrix-rich organization
Tasks
- Execute strong sales strategies
- Develop and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for targeted industries
- Create and maintain a Territory Plan for assigned verticals
- Prepare Account Plans with deal action cards and mutual closing plans
- Manage the entire sales process from demand generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with partners to enhance account penetration and create joint sales strategies
- Achieve annual sales targets and meet quarterly budget goals
- Engage in pipeline building and demand generation to ensure 3x pipeline coverage
- Build a strong internal network by liaising with Sales leadership and Global teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure account hygiene
