Requirements
- Strategic brand leadership with global brand management expertise
- 8-10+ years in brand strategy, management, or corporate brand/communications in international environment
- Brand positioning, architecture, and global brand framework development expertise
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, CI/CD standards, and design principles
- Experience steering brand governance processes in matrix and country structures
- Experience with sponsoring and corporate event frameworks from a brand perspective
- Familiarity with asset management systems and structured brand asset processes
- Strong stakeholder management, clear decision-making, and assertiveness
- Excellent English language skills; additional languages advantageous
Tasks
- Drive brand strategy for corporate and global product brands
- Evolving brand positioning and architecture
- Ensure consistent brand application across markets, channels, and formats
- Establish clear brand guardrails, standards, and decision-making frameworks
- Serve as central point of contact for strategic brand decisions
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and frameworks
- Support market-specific brand adaptations and applications
- Integrate emerging trends and AI technologies into brand strategy
- Manage brand compliance with guidelines, CI/CD standards, and design principles
- Assume ownership of brand assets in the asset management system
- Monitor brand asset provision and management in relevant tools
- Identify and develop strategic sponsorship partnerships
- Seek potential sponsors, manage contacts, and negotiate agreements
- Plan and execute corporate events
- Develop event concepts, coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and plan operations
