Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or activation (ideally FMCG, pharmaceutical, beauty, or consumer health sector)
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, content creation, and integrated marketing communication
- Experience with TYPO3 CMS
- Strong affinity for digital platforms, online strategy, and social media
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Strong hands-on mentality for efficient execution
- Experience working with creative agencies
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance and market insights

- Implement global PL brand activation strategies
- Define brand role within each category
- Define brand positioning within each category
- Lead creation and execution of central 360° campaigns
- Manage global PL brand portfolio
- Evolve global PL brand portfolio
- Ensure cross-channel brand consistency
- Oversee development of central TYPO3 websites
- Oversee optimization of central TYPO3 websites
- Manage content for central TYPO3 websites
- Define global online and social media strategy
- Implement global online and social media strategy
- Develop POS materials for brand visibility
- Enhance shopper engagement with POS materials
- Improve conversion with POS materials
- Monitor brand awareness and consideration
- Monitor commercial performance for improvements
- Support countries building brand activation plans with insights
- Support countries evaluating brand activation plans with insights
- Provide tools, assets, and materials for brand adoption
- Track consumer, market, and competitor trends
- Identify brand opportunities and growth potential
- Collaborate with international teams
- Share assets, insights, and feedback
- Drive continuous improvement
