- Own legal adaptation of Upvest's core German investment offering
- Define jurisdiction-specific requirements for UK, Switzerland, and EEA
- Preserve coherent, scalable product framework across markets
- Serve as internal expert on EU and German financial regulation
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments
- Translate regulatory implications into actionable guidance
- Negotiate complex B2B agreements with institutional counterparties
- Champion adoption of contract lifecycle management tools
- Support AI-assisted review workflows and scalable processes
- Act as trusted adviser to Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance
- Deliver clear, actionable guidance for commercial decisions
