Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with reputable law firm background
  • Advising on technology, customer-facing products, commercial/consumer law
  • Experience in Tech, Fintech, or Insurance industry
  • Familiarity with Tech/Fintech ecosystem
  • Previous in-house experience (strong plus)
  • Ability to take smart risks
  • Strategic advice aligning regulatory requirements with business objectives
  • Willingness to immerse in technical aspects
  • Out-of-the-box legal solutions for customer-facing features
  • Excellent skills to influence senior management and stakeholders
  • Confidence to make sound decisions in ambiguity
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Italian

Tasks

  • Play key role in product development
  • Manage regulatory complexities
  • Address commercial and consumer law matters
  • Act as strategic partner in product lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with business goals
  • Draft terms of service and promotional rules
  • Create customer-facing documentation
  • Analyze complex legal issues
  • Ensure regulatory and consumer law compliance
  • Assist in managing regulatory authority relationships
  • Provide expert advice on financial laws
  • Advise on consumer protection and commercial legal issues
  • Support B2C and B2B expansion
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Strategy, and Marketing teams
  • Develop innovative legal solutions
  • Balance growth with risk management

Work Experience

  • 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Italian – Fluent
