Requirements
- •Experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships
- •Analytical skills and strategic planning ability
- •Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and teamwork skills
- •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- •Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- •Experience working with ambitious targets
- •Understanding of cybersecurity landscape and integration into partner/client/service models
- •Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time

Tasks
- •Recruit and onboard insurance broker partners
- •Manage relationships with new and existing brokers
- •Serve as the primary contact for broker accounts
- •Ensure broker satisfaction and alignment with company goals
- •Support partners from drafting contracts to closing deals
- •Develop and deliver presentations and webinars
- •Enhance broker effectiveness with resources
- •Present solutions at trade fairs and events
- •Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
