- Act as a sparring partner for directors/senior directors
- Form an integral part of management teams
- Operate on selected strategic HR priorities
- Support the Market HR Director and Head of HR on people plans
- Build trust and professional relationships with managers
- Consult managers proactively on HR matters
- Proactively identify business challenges
- Translate business needs into actionable plans
- Share insights with the wider HR community
- Execute the annual HR cycle with strategic business focus
- Represent business area needs and requirements
- Actively support and guide business areas towards growth
- Participate in acquisition and post-merger integration projects, if required
- Work effectively within a matrix structure
- Navigate confidently among multiple stakeholders
- Conduct data and situation analysis
- Develop proactive HR improvement and solution approaches
- Collaborate with People Advisory, Talent Acquisition, and other relevant support functions
