- Train and support staff on H&S policies and best practices
- Investigate and address SHEQ issues and incidents
- Escalate issues and incidents to SHEQ Lead
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits
- Develop and implement action plans from inspections
- Maintain accurate H&S and training records
- Prepare and deliver structured H&S training
- Analyze and report on SHEQ trends
- Stay updated on H&S legislation and industry practices
- Maintain third-party accreditations and compliance
- Perform other reasonable duties as required
