Tasks

- Complete multiple concurrent projects safely and on budget
- Attend internal and external review meetings
- Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and in-house functions
- Monitor legislative and program performance of sub-contractors
- Communicate site changes to engineering and commercial teams
- Manage program slippage and implement mitigation plans
- Motivate and lead team members
- Manage underperformance according to company procedures
- Deliver projects ahead of agreed schedules
- Promote company and Business Unit initiatives
- Communicate and record Corporate, SHEQ, and Business Unit briefings
- Induct new employees and subcontractors
- Support SHEQ department actions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
