Senior GTM Engineer - AI Marketing Systems(m/w/x)
Building AI-supported end-to-end workflows and ad creative automation for e-commerce SaaS. Claude Code and MCP architecture knowledge required. Remote work, 28 annual leave days.
Requirements
- Proven experience building AI workflows and automation infrastructure
- Knowledge of Claude Code and MCP architecture
- Understanding of agent structures and platform APIs
- Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads)
- Understanding of campaign structure, tracking, and creative logic
- Operational proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, email)
- Ability to integrate HubSpot as data source and target in automations
- Understanding of GTM context
- Knowledge of MQL definition
- Understanding of content workflows in marketing teams
- Understanding of data quality importance in outbound
- Ability to produce or orchestrate Ad Creatives and visual assets with AI design tools
- Ability to configure webhooks
- Ability to call REST APIs
- Ability to set up MCP servers
- Comfortable using the terminal
- Ownership without weekly escalation
- Independent prioritization
- Early and clear communication of blockers
- Negotiation-level German (written and spoken)
- Professional English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Build and operate AI-supported end-to-end workflows
- Develop a central orchestration layer using Claude Code and MCP
- Integrate core platforms into automated workflows
- Create structured feedback loops for performance data
- Deploy a complete ad creative workflow in the first 90 days
- Develop a content orchestrator for team use
- Create a structured roadmap for AI approaches
- Identify scalable and non-functional AI solutions
- Determine next steps for AI development
