- Size and coordinate growth pilots
- Operate pilots in traffic, CRM, and growth marketing
- Explore new supply segments and distribution partnerships
- Drive regular business operation meetings
- Initiate meaningful cross-functional conversations
- Organize and lead weekly project team meetings
- Escalate issues to ensure initiative progress
- Analyze and merge data sources
- Identify and frame key business problems
